Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 21, 2026
Pan Pacific Holdings, Inc. (“Pan Pacific Holdings,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit panpacificholdings.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. The Site is an informational corporate website maintained by a private holding company. We do not sell products, solicit investments, or offer financial services through this Site.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that you voluntarily provide, plus limited technical data generated automatically when you visit.
Information you provide
- Contact form: your name, email address, inquiry type, and the contents of your message.
- Administrative sign-in (staff only): if you are an authorized administrator, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from your Google account when you sign in, and we store a display name, email, phone number (optional), and role assignment in our user directory.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL. These are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
- Cookies and similar technologies: a session cookie is set only for signed-in administrators. A third-party cookie may be set by Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to distinguish humans from bots. See “Cookies” below.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries you submit through the Site.
- To authenticate administrators and protect the admin back office from unauthorized access.
- To secure the Site against abuse, spam, and malicious traffic.
- To comply with applicable law and legal process.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Service Providers
We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Site, each bound by confidentiality and security obligations:
- Google for administrator sign-in (OAuth).
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) for bot protection on the contact form.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers that store data on servers operated on our behalf.
4. Cookies
The Site uses a small number of functional cookies. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie is created when an administrator signs in; it is required for the admin area to function. Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived cookies on the contact form to verify that a submission is not automated. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may prevent the admin area or the contact form captcha from working.
5. Data Retention
- Contact-form messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and for record-keeping, then deleted or archived.
- Administrator accounts are retained while the account remains active. Deactivated accounts may be retained in our user directory for audit purposes and removed on request.
- Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting on your request.
If you are a resident of the Philippines, this Policy is intended to be consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on legitimate interests and consent as our lawful bases for processing as described above.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access controls for the admin area, rate limiting, and captcha protection on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
Pan Pacific Holdings operates across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. Information you submit may be stored or processed in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from those of your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
11. Contact Us
For privacy questions, data requests, or complaints, please use the contact form and select “General Inquiry.” We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
