These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of panpacificholdings.com (the “Site”), operated by Pan Pacific Holdings, Inc. (“Pan Pacific Holdings,” “we,” or “us”). The Site is an informational corporate presence for a private holding company with a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, venture capital, and strategic acquisitions across the Asia-Pacific region. It exists to share information about the company, its leadership, and its global presence, and to receive inquiries. The admin area is restricted to authorized personnel of Pan Pacific Holdings and its affiliates. Administrators are responsible for keeping their credentials secure, for the activity conducted under their accounts, and for complying with any internal policies that apply to their role. Access may be suspended, downgraded, or revoked at any time without notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, Google OAuth for administrator sign-in and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. For disputes involving users resident in the Philippines, the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines may additionally apply to the extent required. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the applicable venue.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
